Nashik oder Nasik (Marathi: नाशिक, Nāśik; Hindi: नासिक, Nāsik) ist eine indische Stadt nordöstlich von Mumbai im Bundesstaat Maharashtra. Sie liegt an dem heiligen Fluss Godavari. Alle 12 Jahre wird in Nashik Kumbh Mela gefeiert. Nashik hat knapp 1,5 Millionen Einwohner (Volkszählung 2011).

Am 27. August 2003 kam es beim rituellen Bad von Millionen von Hindus am Ufer des heiligen Flusses Godavari in Nashik zu einer Massenpanik, 43 Menschen wurden zu Tode getrampelt.
