Arthur Francis Benjamin Guinness, 3. Earl of Iveagh (* 20. Mai 1937; † 18. Juni 1992) war ein britisch-irischer Politiker.
Arthur Guinness wurde 1937 als Sohn von Arthur Onslow Edward Guinness, Viscount Elveden, (1912–1945) und Elizabeth Cecilia Guinness, geb. Hare (* 1914; 2009 lebend) geboren. Er besuchte das Eton College in Berkshire und studierte am Trinity College der University of Cambridge, sowie an der Université de Grenoble in Frankreich.
Nach dem Tod seines Großvaters Rupert Guinness, 2. Earl of Iveagh, erbte Arthur Guinness 1967 den Titel Earl of Iveagh. Sein Vater, der eigentliche Titelerbe, war 1945 im Zweiten Weltkrieg gefallen.
1973 wurde er von Taoiseach Liam Cosgrave zum Mitglied des 13. Seanad Éireann ernannt. Außerdem gehörte er als Earl of Iveagh seit 1967 dem britischen Oberhaus an.
Guinness starb 1992 im Alter von 55 Jahren.

Arthur Guinness war vom 12. März 1963 bis 1984 mit Miranda Daphne Jane Smiley verheiratet. Aus der Ehe gingen vier Kinder hervor:
