Das Onsala Space Observatory (OSO) ist eine staatliche schwedische Einrichtung für Radioastronomie, 45 km südlich von Göteborg in Onsala. Das OSO ist Teil des Instituts für Radio- und Weltraumwissenschaften an der Technischen Hochschule Chalmers.

OSO betreibt zwei Radioteleskope, eines mit 20 Metern Reflektordurchmesser (erbaut 1975 bis 1976), im Zentimeter- und Millimeterbereich bis zu minimal 3 Millimetern Wellenlänge arbeitend und eines mit 25 Metern Reflektordurchmesser (erbaut 1963). Dieses arbeitet im Zentimeterbereich und wird auch für Very Long Baseline Interferometry benutzt. OSO betrieb früher ein Millimeterteleskop (SEST) am La Silla-Observatorium und ist am Atacama Pathfinder Experiment (APEX) beteiligt.
