Ottmar Liebert (1997)

Ottmar Liebert (* 1. Februar 1959 in Köln) ist ein deutscher Gitarrist. Als Komponist verbindet er Stilmittel (harmonisch und technisch) des Flamencos mit anderen Stilrichtungen. Er wurde in Köln geboren und lebt seit 1986 in Santa Fe (New Mexico). Sein Ensemble heißt Luna Negra (Schwarzer Mond).

2008 war er mit One Guitar für den Grammy in der Kategorie Bestes New-Age-Album nominiert.

2009 ist er mit The Scent of Light erneut für den Grammy in der Kategorie Bestes New-Age-Album nominiert.
