Paulus Shipanga (* 19. Mai 1980 in Walvis Bay) ist ein namibischer Fußballspieler und namibischer Fußballnationalspieler. Er hat zudem auch die südafrikanische Staatsangehörigkeit.

Am 26. August 2010 gab er seinen Rücktritt aus der Nationalmannschaft bekannt.[1]
