Der Kreis Pingchang (平昌县 Píngchāng Xiàn) ist ein Kreis in der chinesischen Provinz Sichuan. Er gehört zum Verwaltungsgebiet der bezirksfreien Stadt Bazhong. 1999 zählte er 891.688 Einwohner.[1]
