Prattville ist eine US-amerikanische Stadt im Autauga County in Alabama und Sitz der Countyverwaltung (County Seat). Sie liegt bei den geographischen Koordinaten 32,46° Nord, 86,45° West.

Die Stadt wurde 1830 von Daniel Pratt, „Alabamas erstem Industriellen“, gegründet und hat heute etwa 27.200 Einwohner (Stand 2004) auf einer Fläche von 61.9 km².

Die dortige Schule heißt Prattville High School. Das Schulmaskottchen ist ein Löwe. Die Schulfarbe ist Rot.
