Als Solar Valley wird ein Industriegebiet im Ortsteil Thalheim der Stadt Bitterfeld-Wolfen im Landkreis Anhalt-Bitterfeld bezeichnet. Es befindet sich in der Nähe der A 9 und des Flughafens Leipzig/Halle.

An der als Sonnenallee bezeichneten Hauptstraße liegen die Produktions- und Lagereinrichtungen verschiedener Firmen der Photovoltaik-Branche: Q-Cells SE, Calyxo GmbH, Solibro GmbH, Sovello AG (früher EverQ) und CSG Solar AG. Zwei dieser Firmen stehen in enger Beziehung zum größten Unternehmen des Standortes, der Q-Cells SE. So ist die Q-Cells SE mit 43 Prozent am Dünnschichtmodulhersteller Calyxo GmbH beteiligt.[1]. An der Solibro GmbH hält Q-Cells seit Mitte 2009 100 Prozent.[1] Auch Solibro wendet die Dünnschicht-Technik Kupfer-Indium-Gallium-Diselenid (CIGS) an, vgl. CIGS-Solarzelle.

Das Solar Valley gilt als einer der größten Solarstandorte Europas. Hier sind zur Zeit (2010) über 3.000 Menschen beschäftigt.
