Tapenade im Mörser

Die Tapenade ist eine aus der südfranzösischen Küche stammende Olivenpaste. Hauptbestandteile sind entsteinte Oliven, Anchovis und Kapern (tapenos). Sie wird als Brotaufstrich oder Dipsauce verwendet.
