  • The Beach Boys' Instrumental Hits (1994) – Bis 1969 enthielten fast alle LPs der Gruppe mindestens einen Instrumental-Titel. Hier sind alle 19 Instrumentals versammelt, dazu das unter dem Namen The Survivors (ein Capitol-Act, den Brian Wilson mit drei Freunden gegründet hatte) veröffentlichte „After The Game“.
  • Sounds of Summer (2002) - Diese mit 20 Liedern bespickte Kompilation kletterte in den US-Billboard-Charts bis auf Rang 16 und wurde mit Doppelplatin ausgezeichnet.

  • Rarities (November 1983) – 13mal Unveröffentlichtes und Seltenes, dazu drei Medleys mit bekannten Stücken
  • Lost & Found 1961-1962 (1991)
  • The Pet Sounds Sessions (1996) – ein Versuch, das wohl berühmteste Beach-Boys-Album so vollständig wie möglich zu dokumentieren. Auf vier CDs gibt es neben einem Remix des Original-Albums nach 30 Jahren erstmals auch einen Stereo-Mix, ferner jeden Song nur als Vokal- und nur als Instrumentalspur und einige Alternativ-Versionen.
  • Ultimate Christmas (November 1998) – das Christmas Album von 1964, ergänzt um einige Alternativ-Abmischungen und um acht Aufnahmen, die 1977 für ein zweites Weihnachtsalbum aufgenommen wurden, das nie erschien.
  • Hawthorne, CA – Birthplace Of A Musical Legacy (Januar 2001) – 57 bis dato unveröffentlichte Aufnahmen dazu mit "Time to live in dreams" ein unveröffentlichtes Stück von Dennis Wilson.
  • Pet Sounds - DVD Audio (2003) - Eine Neuabmischung der Masterbänder des Originalalbums in hochauflösender DVD-Audio-Qualität. Neben einem Remix in 5.1-Surround gibt es einen Stereo-Mix. Zudem enthält die auf DVD-Playern abspielbare Scheibe ähnlich der CD The Pet Sounds Sessions zu einigen Songs zusätzlich je nur die Vokal- und Instrumentalspuren.
