Das Bannersponsoring ist eine einfache Form des Websponsorings, bei welcher der Sponsor eine von ihm unabhängige, meist unentgeltliche Internetseite finanziell unterstützt, wobei als Gegenleistung auf dieser Seite Werbebanner des Sponsors eingeblendet werden.
