Viking Press ist ein US-amerikanischer Verlag, der zur Verlagsgruppe Penguin Group gehört.

Gegründet wurde der Verlag in New York City am 1. März 1925 von Harold K. Guinzburg und George S. Oppenheim. Der Name und das Logo des Verlages, ein Wikingerschiff, sollen die durch das Wort möglichen Entdeckungen darstellen.

Der Verlag veröffentlichte Bücher von sehr bekannten Autoren, unter denen fünf den Literaturnobelpreis erhielten.

Zurzeit werden vom Verlag ca. 100 Publikationen pro Jahr herausgebracht.
