Hillary Biscay (* 13. Juni 1978) ist ein US-amerikanische Triathletin.

Bei ihrem 32. Rennen über die Triathlon-Langdistanz (Ironman) konnte Hillary Biscay 2008 in Wisconsin ihre erste Goldmedaille erreichen.
