Bolagsverket ist die schwedische Bezeichnung für das Schwedische Firmenregistrierungsamt. Sein Hauptsitz liegt in Sundsvall, wo es etwa 500 Angestellte beschäftigt.

Das Schwedische Firmenregistrierungsamt wurde 2004 gebildet. Seine Aufgabe ist die Führung des Handelsregisters, die Archivierung von Jahresberichten sowie die Erlassung von Gewerbeverboten. Das Schwedische Firmenregistrierungsamt ist dem Wirtschaftsministerium zugeordnet.
