Fundplatz Boxgrove Quarry

Nahe Boxgrove wurde in der Kiesgrube Boxgrove Quarry, auch Amey´s Eartham Pit genannt, ein archäologischer Fundplatz aus dem Altpaläolithikum entdeckt. Von 1983 bis 1996 fanden hier archäologische Ausgrabungen statt.
