599 Lexington Avenue ist ein 199 Meter hoher Wolkenkratzer in New York City. Er besitzt 50 Stockwerke. Die Firma Boston Properties unter Leitung von Mortimer Zuckerman war Bauherrin. Entworfen wurde das Gebäude von Edward Larrabee Barnes. Die Bauarbeiten wurden 1986 abgeschlossen. Die Kosten beliefen sich auf 300 Millionen US-Dollar. Das Gebäude fällt in der Skyline von New York durch seine aquamarinfarbene Fassade auf.
