Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn Husain ibn 'Ali ibn Musa al-Chusrawdschirdi al-Bayhaqi (auch: Imam al-Bayhaqi; arabisch ‏أبو بكر أحمد بن الحسين بن علي بن موسى الخسروجردي البيهقي‎, DMG Abū Bākr Aḥmad b. al-Ḥusain b. ʿAlī b. Mūsā al-Ḫusrauǧirdī al-Baihaqī, * 994 (384 n.H) in der kleinen Stadt in der Nähe von Khusraugird Bayhaq in Chorasan; † 1066 (458 n.H)) war ein sunnitischer Gelehrter, dessen Auffassungen in Fiqh gemeinhin als schafiitisch betrachtet werden.
