BioFuel

BioFuel ist eine Fachmesse für Erneuerbare und Alternative Energien, insbesondere Bioenergie und Agrarenergie, in der Ukraine. Die Messe findet jährlich im Juni auf dem Gelände des Nationalen Messezentrums "Expocentre of Ukraine" in Kiew im Rahmen der ukrainischen Leitmesse für Landwirtschaft AGRO zusammen mit verschiedenen anderen Fachmessen mit landwirtschaftlichem Bezug statt. Veranstalter sind das Ministerium für Agrarpolitik, das Ministerium für Industriepolitik und das Energieministerium der Ukraine.

Geschichte

Die Fachmesse wurde erstmals anlässlich des am 16. Juni 2007 durch Staatssekretär Lindemann eröffneten 1. Deutsch-Ukrainischen Bioenergieforums im Rahmen der Agro 2007 veranstaltet.

Die Agro 2009 wurde laut Veranstalter von mehr als 350.000 Interessenten aus dem In- und Ausland besucht. Es beteiligten sich 1.934 Aussteller aus der Ukraine sowie 233 Aussteller aus dem Ausland.

Die vierte BioFuel ist für den Juni 2011 geplant.
