Crostini (Pl. von crostino = Diminutiv von crosta, „Kruste“) sind ein Gericht der Italienischen Küche.

Das Grundrezept besteht darin, dass Scheiben von Landbrot aus Weizenmehl oder je nach Region anderen Getreidesorten mit Knoblauch eingerieben und vor dem Verzehr mit Olivenöl beträufelt werden.
