Carlos José Ochoa (* 14. Dezember 1980 in Caracas) ist ein venezolanischer Radrennfahrer.

Carlos Ochoa wurde 2003 venezolanischer Vizemeister im Zeitfahren. In der Saison 2005 gewann er eine Etappe bei der Vuelta a la Independencia Nacional, zwei Teilstücke bei der Vuelta Internacional al Estado Trujillo und eine Etappe mit der Gesamtwertung bei der Vuelta a Yacambu-Lara. 2006 fuhr er für das Team L.P.R. in Italien. Ein Jahr später gewann er jeweils eine Etappe und die Gesamtwertung bei der Vuelta a Yacambu-Lara und bei der Vuelta Internacional al Estado Trujillo. Seit 2008 fährt Ochoa für das Professional Continental Team Serramenti PVC Diquigiovanni. Zu Beginn seiner ersten Saison dort war er auf einem Teilstück der Tour de San Luis erfolgreich.
