Jailbait

Jailbait ([ˈdʒeɪlˌbeɪt], engl.: Jail = Gefängnis, Bait = Köder), auch Knastköder beschreibt umgangssprachlich eine (meist weibliche) junge Person, die älter aussieht als sie tatsächlich ist. Hierbei besteht die Gefahr sich durch sexuelle Handlungen mit jemandem unterhalb eines Schutzalters strafbar zu machen.

Ein einheitliches Schutzalter für sexuelle Handlungen existiert zwar nicht, doch bestehen je nach Tatbestand unterschiedliche Altersgrenzen im Sexualstrafrecht. Unabhängig von der subjektiven Einschätzung des Alters können sexuelle Handlungen hier strafrechtliche Konsequenzen haben, wenn das tatsächliche Alter unter dem Schutzalter liegt.
