Der Kelsall River ist ein Fluss im äußersten Nordwesten Kanadas. Er durchquert den US-Bundesstaat Alaska [1] sowie die kanadische Provinz British Columbia und das Territorium Yukon [2].

Er entspringt aus einem Gletscher südöstlich des Mount Kelsall, durchfließt den Kelsall Lake und mündet rund 16 km flussaufwärts vom Klehini River in den Chilkat River.

Benannt wurde der Fluss 1916 nach R. Kelsall, einem Mitglied der British Columbia-Yukon Boundary Surveying Party. Die Tlingit nannten ihn Jelchhini.
