Lehigh Valley auch bekannt als Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton-Metropolitan-Area ist eine Region im Osten von Pennsylvania, dort das gleichnamige Lehigh County und des Warren County sowie einem Teil des Westens von New Jersey.

Im Lehigh Valley wohnen nach der Volkszählung von 2009 806.012 Personen und die Region und umfasst eine Fläche von 1.176 Quadratkilometer. Wichtigste Städte der Region sind Allentown, Nazareth und Bethlehem. Benannt ist die Region nach dem Lehigh River.
