Mary Alice (eigentlich Mary Alice Smith, * 3. Dezember 1941 in Indianola, Sunflower County, Mississippi) ist eine US-amerikanische Schauspielerin. Ihre bekannteste Rolle war die des Orakels im Film Matrix Revolutions, in dem sie Gloria Foster ersetzte, die Darstellerin in Matrix und Matrix Reloaded.

Mary Alice studierte an der Chicago State University und arbeitete als Lehrerin in Chicago. Mitte der 60er Jahre ging sie nach New York und hatte 1971 ihr Debüt am Broadway als Cora in No Place to Be Somebody.

  • 1993: Emmy Award als Beste Nebendarstellerin in einer Dramaserie
