Die Queen Alexandra Range ist ein etwa 160 Kilometer langer und aus bis zu 4.528 m hoch ansteigenden Tafelbergen bestehender Gebirgszug im antarktischen Viktorialand.

Berge

Die höchste Erhebung der Queen Alexandra Range und zugleich der höchste Gipfel des gesamten Transantarktischen Gebirges ist der Mount Kirkpatrick. Weitere Berge sind Mount Elizabeth 4.480 m, Mount Bell 4.303 m, Mount Mackellar 4.297 m, Fleming Summit 4.200 m, Mount Dickerson 4.120 m, und der Decennial Peak 4.020 m.
