San Franciscan Nights

San Franciscan Nights ist ein Lied aus dem Jahr 1967 von Eric Burdon & The Animals. Musik und Text stammen von den Bandmitgliedern Eric Burdon, Vic Briggs, John Weider, Barry Jenkins und Danny McCulloch.

Das Lied war der größte Hit, den die neue Band – im Vergleich mit den Erstinkarnation von The Animals der Mitte der 60er-Jahre – hatte. Es erreichte Platz 1 auf den kanadischen RPM Charts, 9 auf den US-Pop Single Charts und Nr. 7 auf den UK Pop Charts. Der B-Seiten-Titel der von MGM veröffentlichten Single hieß Good Times.[1] San Franciscan Nights erschien im August 1967 auf dem Album Winds of Change.
