South Padre Island ist eine Kleinstadt auf der Insel Padre Island im US-Bundesstaat Texas. Sie liegt im Bezirk Cameron County und hat rund 2500 Einwohner. Stadt und Insel sind ein Touristenziel im Süden von Texas. Bürgermeister ist seit 2009 Robert Pinkerton.
