Aburaage (jap. 油揚げ, dt. „in Öl frittiertes“) ist in der japanischen Küche ein Produkt auf der Basis der Sojabohne, bei dem üblicherweise Tofu in Scheiben frittiert wird.

Es wird in Udon-Nudelgerichten (auch kitsune-udon von kitsune – nach japanischen Legenden mochten Füchse und Inari den fritierten Tofu). Ferner sind Füllungen mit nattō, bekannt als Atsuage (厚揚げ, dt. „dickes Frittiertes“) oder Namaage (生揚げ) üblich.
