Der Saturn Award ist ein von der Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films verliehener US-amerikanischer Filmpreis. Seit 1972 werden mit ihm herausragende Leistungen in den Filmgenres Science Fiction, Fantasy und Horror ausgezeichnet.

Begründet wurde die Academy of Science Fiction, Fantasy & Horror Films durch den Filmhistoriker und Dracula-Experten Donald A. Reed.

In den ersten Jahren konnten die Preisträger des Saturn Awards eine goldene Pergamentrolle („Golden Scroll“) als Trophäe mit nach Hause nehmen. Abgelöst wurde diese im Jahr 1977 durch einen von einem Filmband umgebenen Saturn.

Der Saturn Award wird in diversen Kategorien vergeben.
