Aditya Birla Group ist ein indischer Konzern mit Firmensitz in Mumbai. Der Konzern wird geleitet von dem Milliardär Kumar Mangalam Birla.

Aditya Birla Group ist weltweit in 25 Ländern tätig und beschäftigt rund 100.000 Mitarbeiter (Stand:2008). Vorwiegend ist der Konzern im Chemiesektor vertreten.

Zu den Tochterunternehmen des Konzerns gehören unter anderem das Montanunternehmen Hindalco Industries und das indische Telekommunikationsunternehmen IDEA cellular.
