Aflac Incorporated (American Family Life Assurance Company) ist ein US-amerikanisches Versicherungsunternehmen mit Sitz in Columbus, Georgia. Aflac ist im S&P 500 gelistet. Aflac bietet insbesondere Kranken- und Lebensversicherungen an und beschäftigt rund 6.970 Mitarbeiter.

Das Unternehmen wurde 1955 in Columbus, Georgia durch die drei Brüder John, Paul und Bill Amos gegründet. Anfangs lautete die Firma des Unternehmens American Family Life Assurance Company. Erst 1990 wurde Aflac als Firma gewählt. Ende 2004 verwaltete Aflac ein Vermögen von mehr als 59 Milliarden Dollar.

2005 wurde das Unternehmenslogo geändert, um die in den Vereinigten Staaten bekannte Ente ins Logo zu integrieren. Aflac wurde insbesondere durch seine Werbung im Fernsehen in den Vereinigten Staaten bekannt, in der eine Ente auftrat.
