Die Zivko Edge 540 ist ein Kunstflugzeug des US-amerikanischen Flugzeughersteller Zivko Aeronautics Inc. mit Sitz in Guthrie, Oklahoma. Aufgrund ihrer hervorragenden Flugleistungen errangen seit Mitte der 1990er Jahre viele Piloten den Sieg in der offenen Kunstflugklasse auf einer Edge 540. Auch beim Red Bull Air Race ist die Edge 540 meist das Flugzeug der Wahl. Sie hat im Vergleich zu ihrem Hauptkonkurrenten, der deutschen Extra 300, eine höhere Leistung und ein besseres Leistungsgewicht. Mike Mangold gewann 2004 beide Rennen der Red Bull Air Race Series mit einer Edge 540. Eine Variante des Modells ist die doppelsitzige Edge 540T.
