Flåm ist ein norwegischer Ort mit 450 Einwohnern am innersten Teil des Aurlandsfjord und gehört zur Kommune Aurland in der Provinz (Fylke) Sogn og Fjordane. Der Aurlandsfjord ist ein Teil des 204 km langen Sognefjord. Der Ort ist Endpunkt der Flåmsbahn und des historischen Rallarvegen der jetzt als Radweg genutzt wird.

Flåm lebt hauptsächlich vom Tourismus und ist im Sommer ein häufig besuchtes Touristenziel. Am Kai können große Kreuzfahrtschiffe anlegen. Der Hafen wird jedes Jahr von etwa 110 Kreuzfahrtschiffen angelaufen und zählt damit zu den meistbesuchten Kreuzfahrthäfen Norwegens. Die Touristen können direkt vom Schiff in die Waggons der Flåmsbahn nach Myrdal umsteigen und einen eindrucksvollen Ausflug in die norwegische Gebirgslandschaft unternehmen. Der Ort liegt direkt an der auch im Winter befahrbaren E16, die Bergen mit Oslo verbindet. Außerdem existiert eine Schnellbootverbindung durch den Sognefjord nach Bergen.
