Glasnevin Cemetery ist mit einer Fläche von 50 ha der größte Friedhof Irlands.

1832 wurde in Glasnevin, einem nördlichen Stadtteil von Dublin, auf Initiative von Daniel O’Connell eine Grablege für irische Katholiken gegründet. Aus ihm entwickelte sich der irische Nationalfriedhof.
