Gochujang ist eine scharfe, fermentierte koreanische Gewürzpaste aus Klebreis, Sojabohnen, Chili (고추, daher kommt der Name) und Salz. Sie wird beispielsweise zur Marinade von Fleisch, oder gemischt mit Doenjang als Dip für Gemüse verwendet.
