Jeannette Walls (* 1960 in Phoenix, Arizona) lebt und arbeitet als Journalistin in New York City und Long Island. Sie schrieb Gesellschaftskolumnen für E! Channel und das New Yorker Magazin Intelligencer. Im Moment moderiert sie dreimal wöchentlich eine Live-Sendung im Morgenfernsehen bei MSNBC. Sie hatte eine sehr außergewöhnliche Kindheit, über die sie 2006 die Autobiographie Schloss aus Glas veröffentlichte, welche Jeannette Walls zu größerer Bekanntheit auch in Europa verhalf.
