Key Largo ist eine Stadt in Monroe County, im US-Bundesstaat Florida, auf der gleichnamigen Insel in den Upper Florida Keys. Die Stadt hat 11.886 Einwohner. Der Name kommt aus dem spanischen Cayo Largo (Lange Insel). Es ist die erste Insel der Florida Keys und der Ausgangspunkt des Overseas Highway nach Key West.

Der Film Gangster in Key Largo aus dem Jahre 1948 mit Edward G. Robinson und Humphrey Bogart wurde hier gedreht. Humphrey-Bogart-Fans können dort das Originalboot aus dem Film African Queen bewundern. Nördlich der Stadt liegt der John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park.
