Andrew Simpkins

Andrew Simpkins (* 29. April 1932 in Richmond, Indiana) ist ein US-amerikanischer Jazzbassist.

Andrew Simpkins spielte mit zehn Jahren Klarinette und mit 14 Jahren Klavier; 1953 begann er mit dem Bass. Seit 1957 war er Mitglied der Formation "The Three Sounds" von Gene Harris. Er war an Aufnahmen von Monty Alexander, George Shearing, Joe Pass, Bobby Lyle, Stanley Turrentine, Zoot Sims und Sarah Vaughan beteiligt.
