Der Lambert-Saint Louis International Airport ist der Hauptflughafen für St. Louis, Missouri und Umgebung. Er ist 21 km nordwestlich der Stadt entfernt.

Der Flughafen wurde 1920 von Albert Bond Lambert auf dem Gelände des Ballon-Startplatzes „Kinloch Field“ erbaut und 1927 an die Stadt St. Louis verkauft. Während des Zweiten Weltkrieges diente der Flugplatz als Produktionsstätte für die McDonnell Aircraft Corporation und die Curtiss-Wright Corporation. Nach dem Krieg begann ein Umbau, der 1956 abgeschlossen wurde.

Der Lambert-Saint Louis International Airport hatte 2000 ein Passagieraufkommen von 30,5 Millionen, das bis 2003 auf 20,4 Millionen absank. Der Grund war die Übernahme von TWA durch American Airlines.
