Giorgio Mondini (* 19. Juli 1980 in Genua, Italien) ist ein Schweizer Rennfahrer.

Mondini begann seine Rennsportkariere im Alter von 21 Jahren in der Formel Renault 2000 Eurocup Serie. In seinem ersten Jahr erreichte er den 26. Platz, im folgenden Jahr belegte er Platz 17. 2003 belegte er den siebten Platz im Formel Renault V6 Eurocup. 2004 konnte er diese Serie gewinnen mit drei Einzelsiegen und insgesamt acht Podiumplatzierungen. Im Jahr 2005 startete er zunächst in der Formel Renault World Serie und trat später in der GP2-Serie beim David Price Racing Team an.

Anfang 2006 wurde er als Formel-1-Testfahrer des Teams MF1 Racing engagiert, dabei kam er in neun der insgesamt 18 Formel-1-Rennen der Saison 2006 als dritter Fahrer im Freitagstraining zum Einsatz.
