Army Times

Die Army Times ist eine kommerzielle militärische Wochenzeitung, deren Zielgruppe aktive Soldaten, Reservisten und Pensionäre der United States Army und der United States National Guard sowie deren Angehörige sind. Im Mittelpunkt der Berichterstattung stehen Artikel zu Laufbahn, Gemeinschaft und Lebensführung der Soldaten sowie Hintergrundbeilagen zu aktuellen politischen Themen.

Herausgeber der Army Times ist die Military Times Media Group, eine Abteilung der Army Times Publishing Company, die zur Gannett Company gehört. 1997 kaufte Gannett die Army Times Publishing Company von der Times Journal Company.

Im Jahre 2006 sprach sich die Army Times für einen Rücktritt des damals noch amtierenden Verteidigungsministers Donald Rumsfeld aus.
