Panorama Tools ist eine Sammlung von Programmen und Bibliotheken, die verwendet werden können, um Panoramabilder zu erstellen. Viele Panoramaprogramme benutzen die Panorama Tools um ihre Panoramen zu erstellen. Zwei von ihnen sind hugin und Autopano.

Ursprünglich entwickelt wurden die Panorama Tools von dem deutschen Physik- und Mathematikprofessor Helmut Dersch, der sie erstmals 1998 veröffentlichte. Nach rechtlichen Zwistigkeiten zog er sich 2001 zurück und die Entwicklung wurde von anderen Programmierern fortgesetzt. Im August 2007 entschied sich Helmut Dersch die Panorama Tools unter einer GNU Lesser General Public License zu relizenzieren.
