Punch Taverns ist ein britisches Unternehmen mit Firmensitz in Burton-upon-Trent, Staffordshire.

Geschichte

Das Unternehmen wurde 1997 gegründet und ist Eigentümer von Kneipen und Gastwirtschaften im Vereinigten Königreich. [1] Im November 2003 wurde das britische Konkurrenzunternehmen Pubmaster erworben und 2004 wurde das britische Unternehmen InnSpired gekauft. Im Dezember 2005 wurde der Konkurrent Spirit Group erworben. Durch die Übernahmen der letzten Jahre wurde Punch Taverns zum größten Betreiber von Gastwirtschaften und Kneipen im Vereinigten Königreich. Der größte Konkurrent im Vereinigten Königreich ist Mitchells & Butlers.
