Richard Chancellor († 1556) war ein englischer Seefahrer.
Er versuchte 1553 die Nordostpassage zu entdecken, erreichte dabei die Dwina-Bucht im Weißen Meer. Er starb 1556, als sein Schiff vor Schottland sank.
