Roseburg ist eine Stadt im Südwesten von Oregon. Sie befindet sich in einem der zahlreichen Täler rund um den Umqua River in Douglas County. Im Jahr 2004 zählte die Stadt 20.447 Einwohner. Die Wirtschaft und Bevölkerungsentwicklung, sowie die geographischen Gegebenheiten gleichen stark dem kleineren Nachbarort Sutherlin. Aus dieser Stadt stammt auch Bobby Henderson, der Erfinder und Prophet des Fliegenden Spaghetti-Monsters
