Hayden Roulston (* 10. Januar 1981 in Ashburton) ist ein neuseeländischer Radrennfahrer.

Roulston wurde 2002 Profi bei der französischen Equipe Cofidis. 2003 konnte er eine Etappe der Polen-Rundfahrt gewinnen. Ein Jahr später entschied er eine Etappe bei der Tour de la Région Wallonne für sich. Zur Saison 2005 wechselte er dan zum Discovery Channel Pro Cycling Team. 2006 konnte er in seinem Heimatland Neuseeland die Tour of Wellington und bei den Commonwealth Games in Melbourne eine Silbermedaille im Punktefahren auf der Bahn gewinnen. Zudem sicherte er sich im Oktober den Sieg bei den neuseeländischen Meisterschaften im Straßenrennen.
