Geschichte
Die Airline wurde 1994 als Air Bosna gegründet und war die staatliche Fluggesellschaft der Föderation Bosnien und Herzegowina. Im Jahr 2003 wurde der Flugbetrieb aufgrund von Insolvenz eingestellt. Im Jahr 2005 wurden der Flugbetrieb unter dem neuen Namen B&H Airlines wieder aufgenommen. Im Jahr 2008 entschied sich die Föderation Bosnien und Herzegowina 49 % der Anteile an der Fluggesellschaft auszuschreiben. Die Teilprivatisierung wurde am 23. November 2008 mit dem Verkauf der Anteile an Turkish Airlines abgeschlossen.[1]

Die Fluggesellschaft bedient neben den nationalen Zielen Banja Luka, Mostar und Sarajevo europäische Städte wie Skopje, Frankfurt am Main, Zürich und Istanbul. Darüber hinaus werden im Charterverkehr Antalya, Bodrum und Tunis angeflogen.[2]
Weiters werden auch Kurzstreckenflüge mit einer Piper Seneca angeboten, welche nicht im regulären Programm der Fluggesellschaft sind.[3]
