Sheila Grace Young-Ochowicz (* 14. Oktober 1950 in Birmingham, Michigan) ist eine ehemalige US-amerikanische Eisschnellläuferin und Radrennfahrerin.
Bei den Olympischen Winterspielen 1976 in Innsbruck gewann sie die Goldmedaille im Eisschnelllauf über 500 m, die Silbermedaille über 1000 m und wurde Zweite über die 1500 m Distanz. Sheila Young war damit die erste Sportlerin der USA, die drei Medaillen bei Olympischen Winterspielen gewann.
Sheila Young war auch als Radrennfahrerin auf der Bahn erfolgreich. Dreimal (1973, 1976 und 1982) wurde sie Weltmeisterin im Sprint.
Sheila Young ist verheiratet mit Jim Ochowicz, einem Radsportler, der heute Präsident des US-amerikanischen Radsportverbandes USA Cycling ist. Das Paar hat drei Kinder, Alex, Kate und Elli. Elli Ochowicz ist wie ihre Mutter Eisschnellläuferin und Teilnehmerin an den Olympischen Winterspiele 2002 in Salt Lake City und 2006 in Turin.
