Die St. Patrick’s Cathedral ist die Kathedrale des römisch-katholischen Erzbistums Melbourne in Melbourne, Australien.
Die zwischen 1850 und 1868 im Stil der Neugotik erbaute Kirche zählt zu den größten Australiens und ragt mit ihren drei Türmen hinter dem Parlamentsgebäude empor. Entworfen von William Wardell gilt sie als eine der bedeutendsten Kirchen in Australien. Der kreuzförmige Bau mit Doppelturmfassade und Vierungsturm, dessen Bauschmuck hell abgesetzt ist, orientiert sich an europäischen Vorbildern und deutet schon außen die prächtige Innengestaltung an.
1974 erhielt die Kirche den Titel einer päpstlichen Basilica minor.
