Take 2 Interactive (auch und vor allem im englischsprachigen Raum Take-Two Interactive) ist ein 1993 gegründeter Entwickler, Publisher und Distributor von Computerspielen mit Hauptsitz in New York, USA, und Niederlassungen im Vereinigten Königreich, in Deutschland, Österreich, Frankreich, Italien, den Benelux-Staaten, Kanada und Australien.

Die meisten Take-2-Spiele werden über die Tochtergesellschaften Rockstar Games, Global Star Software und 2K Games vertrieben. Das nicht mehr existente Label Gathering wurde im September 2004 in Global Star eingegliedert, wobei mit der Gründung des Labels 2K Games der Vertrieb der meisten Spiele(serien), die bisher bei Gathering erscheinen sollten, unter dem neuen Label bekannt gegeben wurde.

Außerdem besitzt Take 2 mit Joytech einen Hersteller für Konsolen-Peripherie wie Gamepads und Lenkräder und mit Jack of All Games den, laut eigenen Aussagen, größten Videospiele-Distributor in den USA.

Take 2 ist eine Aktiengesellschaft und wird am NASDAQ unter dem Kürzel TTWO gehandelt. Vorstandsvorsitzender seit Ende März 2007 ist Strauss Zelnick, kommissarischer CEO ist Brian Feder. Seit 2003 arbeitet Heinz Henn für Take-Two Interactive.
